Oliver Hebeisen - Complex Planning Processes

Born in Switzerland, I have been living in Berlin since 1995. There I was initially working as a design architect for an architectural practice, and became afterwards a management-partner of the same firm. Until 2003, the most important projects I worked on were the new construction of the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin, the competitions for the reconstruction of the Berlin Olympic Stadium, the Berlin State Library, and the German Embassy in Warsaw. Furthermore I designed urban planning projects located in Dresden and Salzburg.

During 2002 and 2004, I graduated in a part time MBA. Since 2004, I have been acting as a consultant for project management and strategy development specialised for airports. I am particularly interested in finding out how to organize complex planning processes referring to major construction projects in a more effective way. In my privat live I keep myself busy travelling through Asia, reading contemporary literature, and practicing Asthanga Yoga.
